Writing of the Roll No. and anything unconnected with the answers to the questions asked for or making any distinct
markings in the question-cum-answer book is strictly prohibited. Any instance may be viewed as recourse to unfair means.

The questions are provided bilingually. Candidates are, therefore, required to attempt the question either in Hindi or
English as per the language option mentioned by them at the time of submitting their nomination. Question paper-cum- Answer books have been printed bilingually in Hindi and English.

Candidates should attempt all the questions. Candidates are directed to read the questions carefully and attempt answer as per the choice specified.
(vi)
The question pertaining to dictation shall be attempted by all the candidates, as the l" question. The passage shall be read out by the Conducting Officer. Each line shall be read out twice only. At the end of the dictation the candidate can attempt the remaining questions.
(vii)
The question paper is the answer sheet and thus will be taken back after the examination.

Use of whitener is strictly prohibited and answers which have been corrected by using whitener will be marked as incorrect.
(ix)
It is stated that as per the laid down provisions, use of unfair means in the examination by any candidate shall not only disqualify the person from the examination, but may also debar such candidates from future examinations in addition to the
initiation of formal disciplinary proceedings under CCS(CC&A) Rules, 1965.
