DIGITAL ART: We can work with any type of digital file you have available! If you are not sure if the file you have is sufficient for printing, email it to us and we will check it out, at no charge to you. If possible, we prefer files to be CMYK, .jpg, .tiff, and .psd, files to be at least 300dpi at the size you want printed, and vector .eps, and .ai files to have the fonts outlined or sent in with the art. In general, .giff files and images taken straight from a website are too poor in quality and resolution to make a nice temporary tattoo, but we will work with you to ensure you get the best quality printed tattoo possible! For specific software versions and more detailed specs, please call Customer Service 1-800-747-8016 or send an email [email protected] for assistance.

SCANNABLE ART must be provided at 100% or greater of the desired print size.

DISK may be a CD or DVD, and we request that you send a printout of the artwork and a disk directory with them. If necessary, we also have FTP upload/download capabilities.

TATTOO WHITE EFFECT OPTIONS (FREE) are as follows:• No White: Any areas of the design that are white, when shown on paper, will be clear when applied to the skin.• Spot White: Only certain areas of the tattoo will have white ink. Therefore, in those areas your skin color will not show through when the tattoo is applied; those areas will be white on the skin.• Flood White: The entire image of the tattoo has white ink behind it. This makes the colors more opaque when applied. On the paper the image will appear ‘milky’, but when applied to the skin the colors will be vibrant and the white areas will be white.

PROOFS ARE NOT PROVIDED UNLESS REQUESTED If you need a proof, please specify so on your purchase order. Requested proofs need to be approved, signed and returned before we can process your order. Once you approve the proof, any errors or changes missed on the proof are your responsibility. Fax proofs have no additional cost. Email proofs and glossy color proofs have additional charges.

COPY CHANGES may incur extra charges. If so, we will call you to explain and confirm your order.

U.S. SHIPMENTS have a handling charge for the first location and there is an additional handling charge for each additional location.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION will be provided by us to you where appropriate.
