TAUZIA Hotel Management has since 2002, pioneered its own hotel concepts and products within Indonesia with a collection of brands ranging from deluxe properties - WORLDHOTELS and PRÉFÉRENCE Hotels, mid-scale - HARRIS Hotels to “eco-friendly” budget hotels - POP! Hotels as well as TAUZIA Estate Management.Our Consulting division has also achieved and contributed to various residential and hotel projects throughout Indonesia.
The TAUZIA Corporate Team can be found in their head office based in Jakarta. Consisting of 65 members, the team is composed of a panel of highly qualified experts that are vital to supporting and following-up the daily operations of the properties managed by TAUZIA.

TAUZIA’s expertise and performance comes from the contribution of its team, bringing a range of operational experience in various backgrounds: Management, Human Resources, Finance, Branding, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Technical Architecture, E- Commerce and IT services:
Christophe GLASS, DirectorA graduate of Lausanne Hotel Management School (Switzerland). After 10
years of hotel operational experience in Europe with various hotel chains,
he lead the development of the Accor network in Indonesia from 1996 to 2000.
Christophe contributes to TAUZIA’s successful results with his operational
management, legal and financial expertise.
Wenny YANUANDITA, Executive Secretary and Business Development Coordinator
Graduated in Communications, Wenny is the Executive Secretary to the
President Director and Director. Her responsibilities also include coordinating
the Business development division.
Marc STEINMEYER, President DirectorA graduate of Glion Hotel Management School (Switzerland), he is a former
Chief Executive Officer of Accor in Asia. Within 20 years of dedicated service
at this leading hotel company, he has developed and operated the Accor net-
work in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore from 1993 to 2000. Marc brings to
TAUZIA an extensive knowledge of the Hotel, Tourism and Catering Industry
in terms of Management, Human Resources, Product development, Marketing
and Finance.
Eric SIMARD, Director of Projects and OperationsA Graduate of Hotel School in Vannes, France; Eric brings with him over 20
years experience in the hospitality industry. In South East Asia, Eric worked for
9 years with ACCOR ( Thailand, Vietnam & Cambodia ). He then joined Victoria
Hotels & Resorts, where he worked for 9 years, 5 years as Managing Director.
He is in charge of projects & operations for TAUZIA Hotel Management.

Stylianos KOUREAS, Regional General Manager for BatamA graduate of Glion Hotel Management School ( Switzerland ), Stylianos
overlooks the performance of HARRIS properties in Batam (HARRIS Resort
Waterfront - Batam and HARRIS Hotel Batam Center).
Timbul PARTOHAP, Corporate Finance ControllerWith extensive experience as Finance Controller and Executive Committee
member, he is responsible for TAUZIA’s overall finance and accounting func-
tions. He also oversees the accounting and control functions of all the proper-
ties under the management of TAUZIA.

Nadja LEIVA, Corporate Finance ManagerMBA in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris, Nadja
oversees all direct corporate financial and legal planning & structure. She
is in charge of developing, implementing and maintaining accounting &
administrative policies and procedures at TAUZIA, as well as, analyzing and
reporting financial performance to internal and external parties.
Irene J. BUDIASIH, Director of Operation POP! HotelsGraduated in Economics, with a major in Finance - Accounting system, Irene
is in charge of POP! Hotel Operations overlooking properties performances.
With her extensive experience in the Hospitality industry, she ensures the
operations run efficiently, effectively and consistently for the benefit of both

Yani SINULINGGA, Corporate Communications ManagerGraduated with a Masters in International Affairs from the University La
Rochelle, France and a Bsc from the University of Indonesia; Yani is responsible
for all, internal and external communication. This includes managing media
relations, as well as, developing and coordinating our communication strategy
within all the properties under TAUZIA Hotel Management.
Corporate Human Resource ManagerHe / She is overlooking the strategic direction of Human Resources and Train-
ing aspects of TAUZIA Hotel Management Group.
Antoine VILLETTE, Corporate Director of Sales & MarketingA graduate of Glion Hotel Management School (Switzerland). Antoine brings
with him 18 years of hospitality industry experience, 11 years of which he was
General Manager for ACCOR, Aston and HARRIS Hotels. He is now Head of our
Sales & Marketing Department for TAUZIA, also overlooking both our Bali and
Singapore Sales offices.
Rachel HOWARD, Corporate Brand ManagerGraduated with an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Paris where she
specialised in Brand Management; Rachel is Head of our Brand Management &
Services Department. Responsible for both, Imagined by Tauzia, and Managed
by TAUZIA brands, Rachel manages all key decisions in order to keep the
brands consistent. She also oversees Purchasing, Graphic Design, Brand and
Product Development.

Andi FIRMAN, Corporate ArchitectGraduated from University of Trisakti majoring in Architecture. Andi brings
not only his detailed design skills, using advanced technology, but also after
8 years of experience, handling large scale projects from architectural, interior
and high rise buildings, nationally and internationally, he is now responsible
in giving guidance towards the successfulness of TAUZIA corporate projects.
Milly R. P. PONTOH, Corporate Architect Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung; Milly is in charge of
technical assessment and provides expertise for hotel projects. She reviews our
project simulations by brand to meet the standards and qualifications given.
She offers brands guidance, assisting the hotel concept development by
conducting research and feasibility studies.
FIRAWATI, Corporate Architect Graduated from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta. Fira is in charge of technical as-

& post graduate in architecture from Bandung Institute of Technology with solid
experience in design & construction. Daniel is in charge of technical assessment
and provides expertise for new hotel projects. His academic background, com-
bined with his experience ensure he overlooks projects in a comprehensive way.
Indra TJAKRADHARMA, Corporate Architect A graduate of St. Thomas Catholic University, Medan; Indra brings with him more
than 12 years experience of architectural planning and design. In charge of techni-
cal assessment, he provides expertise for new hotel projects. He is responsible for
design consistency, functional efficiency and technical reliability. He oversees the
projects as early as the conceptual phase until it is handed over to the operations.

Technology related matters and integration processes. She manages Tauzia’s IT
networks and runs the IT systems of HARRIS Hotels, PRÉFERÉNCE Hotels, POP!
Hotels.
Clement SEBBAN, Business Development ManagerGraduated in International Business and Geopolitics from the Institute of
International Relations Studies in Paris, Clement also attained a Post Graduate
Diploma from Glion Hotel Management School, Switzerland. Clement is
responsible for TAUZIA’s project development in Indonesia and Singapore,
expanding all brands, Managed by, and Imagined by Tauzia Hotel Management.
Milko PAPAZOF, Business Development Representative – MalaysiaGraduated from an Electrical and Mechanical Industries School in Ecole Violet,
La Rochelle, France. He is TAUZIA’s Business Development Representative in
Malaysia for Hotels and Serviced Apartments management and partnership
