Payment: We require all orders to be pre-paid with a credit or debit card. An invoice with the total charges to your credit or debit card will be mailed the day your shipment leaves Walnut Hollow®. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

General Returns / Refunds: Walnut Hollow® will accept merchandise returns for exchange or full refund if returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton and with original packing materials. Items should be packed well and returned in the same condition as received. Please include a copy of the invoice and an explanation for the return.To make the return process easier and more efficient, we offer Return Authorization (RA) Numbers.
