Field Work: 1. Assisted in following main maintenance activities:DAP Plant:1.1 DK-411 hydraulic coupling replacement.1.2 DK-611 motor replacement.1.3 DP-231 bearing replacement.PH & S:1.4 DAP screen FS-303 mesh cleaning.1.5 FM-103 mechanical joint replacement.1.6 FM-404-K drive and non-drive pulley replacement along with bearings.1.7 FZ-403-E chain and roller replacement to rectify jerk problem.Urea Plant:1.8 UP-211-S process and buffer seal replacement of both stages.2. Participated in two DAP shutdowns and assisted in planned jobs.

Technical Courses/Self Study: 1. Prepared job report on mechanical seal replacement job at UP-211-S.2. Participated in SIP on maintenance of centrifugal compressors.3. Studied following documents:3.1 Centrifugal Pump-API Pilot Series.3.2 SKF Bearing Catalogue (relevant sections).3.3 Bagging Flow Diagram.3.4 FS-303 operation and maintenance manual.
