Self-inspection

When the shift or product

changes are changed, the

• Given a number by the Enterprise Management Department.

• Write with pen, ball pen or sign pen not pencil

• Filled completely, really, reliably and can not be altered freely.

• All the records and files will be collected, sorted out, bound up andclassified and kept carefully in special cabinet to prevent its damage orlosing.

• The due records should be sorted out and some documents should bedestroyed according to the storage life under the approval of the directorof the department.
