One of the most important ways we support our local community organizations and businesses, and their employees, is by building skills and knowledge that are essential to success today. TC3 Biz is pleased to present our Spring 2015 offerings in several areas, and I want to highlight a few of our new exciting program offerings and features:

Our new Leading Today Certificate Program is found on pages 5-6. We’ve heard from you that you are looking for a higher level program. After researching leadership and exploring your needs in more depth, we’re now offering a program that goes beyond the traditional offerings. I am particularly excited that we’ve been able to integrate an assessment tool that provides real feedback from your colleagues. It is an investment - but the quality and content will be worth it.

We’re offering a new program in 3D Solid Works, and continuing to offer our popular Excel training programs. See page 2.

Our new Managing Tough Conversations Certificate Program addresses one of the most fundamental skills of success today - communication. Take a look on page 4 to see this indepth program.

We are now offering a four-day Project Management Program and it qualifies for the PMI 35 hours of classroom training. See page 7.

On another note, we now have an early bird registration discount - so plan and register early to take advantage of this opportunity.

Our Sprole Conference room on our main campus is being remodeled this spring, so some of our programs are offered at our beautiful TC3 Cortland Extension Center at 157 Main St. It’s easy to get to, parking is free, and the training room and computer labs are ideal. Next fall, we’ll be offering programs in our new Sprole Conference Room and both of our Extension Centers. Please call us at 607.844.6586 if you’d like any of these or other programs customized for your environment and delivered when and where you need them.

The Leader as Strategic: Thinker, Planner, and Visionary Creating an award-winning culture begins with each leader’s ability to visualize the best in their employees and to create a plan to achieve that vision. In this workshop, we will address how to begin the process of creating “Intentional Community” and to establish a plan to take that vision into action.

You will have a dedicated opportunity to identify your visionary package, including legacy, strengths, and weakness as well as values and beliefs-the essential package that employees need to know when you are asking them to follow you.

You’ll also create a two-month checklist which will take your vision into action with your employees to help you establish that thorough and consistent approach to interpersonal management --- the MOST important concern most teams have when a leader decides to create a workplace community from intention rather than reaction.
