What is LEAD?LEAD stands for Leaders’ Empowerment and Discipleship.

It is based on a Christ-centered leadership modelthat is expressed through the “3Ps” of development(Person, Pespective and Practice), until Christ isformed in us (Galatians 4:19b).

LEAD deve lops you holistically through the “3Ps”:Person (who you are)• Your identity in Christ, character and values

Perspective (how you think)• Your view of God, church, self, people and the world

Practice (what you do)• Your speech and actions in daily life

LEAD deve lops you through a two-pronged approach:1) Leadership Development Paradigm We believe that every Trinitarian can be a leader, an effective change agent of

his/her environment. LEAD helps one to discover and develop their God-given potential, so that they can be positioned and deployed within their sphere of infl uence for godly impact.

2) Learner-focused Teaching Philosophy We believe that everyone does not come into the class with zero experiences;

they carry with them life experiences, expertise and knowledge. Learning is optimized when learners are actively engaged and participating in the class.
