Conduct an intense data gathering of Atlanta Metro college access programs

• Review and categorized programs on type and function

• Utilize the Organization and Management Group (OMG) Center for Collaborative Learning Tool “Conducting a Scan of Your College Access and Success System” methodology to drill down program details.

• Descriptions of each asset will be provided and placed in a database.

• On- line mapping tool www.eSpatial.com to chart college access assets in the Atlanta and metro area.

• Qualitative research with key stakeholder groups (students, parents, education administrators, nonprofit leaders, government agencies)

• Research includes focus groups, interviews and survey methodologies. • Participant identification and recruitment from The Scholarship

Academy Database (2,500 Metro Atlanta contacts) and the Stakeholder Database.

• Stakeholder sample will reflect the diversity of the overall stakeholder population.

• Document and analysis of the findings

2. Utilize GA College411 data to identify deficiencies along the continuum of needs

3. Identify core pipelines for stakeholders to strengthen college access efforts.

stakeholders opportunities to review the summary and/or presentation
