The TCS Certificate in Team Coaching is the foundation module of a suite of courses designed to build team coaching capability, helping to meet the increased demand for competent, confident team coaches. The courses are modular, highly experiential and have been developed by principal and senior practitioner Georgina Woudstra MCC and her highly experienced faculty team.

The workshops are delivered globally and have been accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The TCS Certificate is the first module in the series and has been designed to equip experienced coaches with the skills needed to deepen their team coaching practice and to help teams realise their true potential.

The TCS Certificate can be taken as a stand-alone workshop or it can form the first module in the TCS Diploma in Team Coaching. Graduates of the TCS Diploma can then deepen their learning and hone their skills further by signing up for an exciting range of top-up Team Coaching Practitioner Workshops.

Dates and location

The TCS Certificate in Team Coaching is a truly International programme with UK based workshops for delivery in Winchester and London. The course is delivered over three non-residential workshop days.

This programme is subject to minimum numbers. This is to ensure we are able to offer the practical, interactive environment in which team coaching simulation and practice can take place.
