TDC Government Solutions began over a decade ago with a dedicated team providingsubcontracting services to industry partners supporting the Defense and Civilian Communities.We specialize in mission response. We identify key skill sets and personnel in support of yourmission, and adapt to be the team member of flexibility. We serve as a firewall against thecontinual team additions.

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS)U.S. IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE (INS)o Tech USA was a subcontractor in support of building a Visa Tracking Application, that would give the INS capability to track and profile foreign nationals as they came into the US. In particular, student visa’s, to ensure that they were enrolled and in attendance at the College and University’s they were attending. Tech USA placed the Technical PM and a team of 4 developers that were successful in getting this project back on track. Our team was responsible for developing the backend architecture that was developed in Java/Struts/J2EE.

U.S. COAST GUARDo Tech USA provided highly cleared engineering support to integrate the existing and future NetApp FAS architecture

FEMAo Tech USA has been supporting a client in support of FEMA with Unix administration, systems engineering, software development, storage and database administration, security engineering, certification and accreditation and compliance, etc.o Tech USA has provided direct support to FEMA’s CISO through network security engineering

TSAo Tech USA is a primary subcontractor providing airport checkpoint equipment maintenance at airports for TSA. Tech USA has deployed over 400 electronic technicians placed in the past 5 years at 450 airport locations including OCONUS.

CBPo Tech USA supports the SBInet Program with consultants as key personnel specializing in Project Management and Sr. Systems Engineering for an integrated surveillance system. The work is performedoprimarily in Huntsville, AL with occasional travel to New Mexico and Texas.

U.S. CERTo Tech USA supported the US CERT in Arlington, VA for Homeland Security (United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team) on multiple ISR/Information Assurance programs. Tech USA provided numerous TS/SCI cleared Cyber Security/Computer Forensic, Intel Analysts and Information Assurance SME’s.

ICEo Tech USA supports Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) on the EAGLE contract providing business analysis support to the SEVIS work.

DHS (several)o Tech USA is a preferred contractor for Government Enterprise Mobility Systems, Enterprise Networks, Connected Home Solutions. Over 450 electronic technicians in 45 states placed in past 4 years supporting CBP, ICE, and FEMA.o Tech USA provided PBX and telephony support to the IT-NOVA contract. Tech USA supported the IT-NOVA PMO for the Office of Information Technology (IT) Business Planning/Enterprise Architecture (EA). The primary responsibility under this contract was to facilitate the alignment of IT investments with the specific goals of the DHS Science & Technology (S&T) Directorate. Provided Enterprise Architecture support services including Development of the Business Wireless Architecture.

OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL (OIG)o Tech USA supported the Integrated Audit for DHS by assisting clients in interpreting, implementing, and complying with federal information security regulations and contractual requirements including the Department of Homeland Security 4300A Handbook, NIST, OMB Circulars, and other applicable laws and regulations. Tech USA plans and executes engagement work, interacts with client management, supervises staff, and reviews work of staff members. Tech USA consultants serve as a subject matter expert on NIST and system security documentation (SSP, SARs & Risk Assessments). Apply audit methodology concepts, documents and/or reviews audit procedures, test results and draft audit reports.

DEPARTMENT OF STATEo Tech USA provided high level IT support on the DoS Automation and Manual Testing Contract in Newington, VA with key SME’s in both Automation and Manual Software Testing fields. Tech USA performed task support, which includes requirements analysis, developing test plans and scripts, executing tests, and preparing test reports.

o Tech USA supported the DoS Facility Expansion Project for the physical communication infrastructure build out of a new DOS wing. Tech USA provided services to support day to day operations, maintenance and management of the DOS Enterprise Communications Network to include voice, data and video services. All services are provided at a Top Secret level or higher, with SCI access depending on user agency criteria.

o Tech USA provided support in correlation with the DOS Passport Testing exercises for the HR Passport Testing Contract. Tech USA provided Program Management support to the Department of State, overseeing full lifecycle software implementation activities. Tech USA provided highly skilled Oracle DBAs, Systems Administrators, and Testers.

o Tech USA provided Secret cleared, 24x7, Windows technical support to over 2,000 Department of State end users on the INFOCENTER Program.

o Tech USA provided key technical support on the VANGUARD I Program, in a timely manner, which ensured a healthy transition from the INFOCENTER program to Vanguard I.
