TDS DECLARATION

To use tds declaration we need to login esp,after login esp you will get a link right there in the menu bar by the name of TDS DECLARATION.

Click on that link,tds declaration form will be open.

There will be three buttons save,edit and cancel respectively at right of the top corner.

To activate the whole form you need to click on edit image button which is placed on the right of the top corner. After clicking on edit button the form will get activated.

Once the form got activated then you can edit your residential address,Pan no. etc. you can also edit hra,chapterVIA,form12c.

Now come to the tabs what you have got on that page,first tab is HRA where we can declare HRA details.

2nd tab is chapterVIA where we can declare our tds for different section like 80C,80CCC,80CCD,80D,80DD,80DDB,80E and 80G respectively.

To declare tds under section 80C we need to click on button which is placed in the first row of the chapterVIA grid.

When we click on that button, one popup will be open where we can declare our tds.

In that popup we have a grid where we can edit and update our declaration. to declare our amount we have to click on addnew image button which is right there on the left top corner of the gridview.

TDS Declaration Under 80C:

Click on addnew imagebutton we will get a footer row in gridview where we can enter the amounts and after declaring each field in that row we need to click on save image button which is placed on the first column of that row.

Suppose if you want to update the declaration for that row you can click on edit image button which is also placed on first column of that row and again click on save image button to save that declaration.

Finally you need to click on one more save image button which is placed on the right top corner of the popup page to get your declaration amount in chapterVIA grid.

Similarly we can declare our tds for different section by clicking on the button which is placed in that particular row.

In 4th row of the chapterVIA we will be getting summation of 80C,80CCC and 80CCD .

The sum of qualification amount of 80C,80CCC,80CCD will not be exceed from 1,000,00.

The qualifying amount under section 80D for assessee and parents will not be exceed from 15,000.

The qualification amount limitation of severe disability will be 75,000. and for servere people it will be 50,000.

The qualificational amount limitation for those people whose age is above than 65 will be 60,000 and those who are under 65 their qualification amount limitation will be 40,000.

We can declare our tds for section 80G in the same way like 80C declaration.

Now we have last tab which is Form12C.

In Order to declare Form12C you must have house property available.

If you have house property available then click on checkbox which is there on the top of the page along with house property available.

Suppose after declaring every thing if you don’t want to save the whole data what you have declared,you can simply click on cancel button which is right there at the top corner of the tds declaration page.

After clicking on cancel image button each and every declared amount will get cleared whatever you had declared and each form will get disabled.

To declare again you need to click again on edit image button which is there at the right top corner.

After declaring every thing if you want to save whole declaration whatever you have declared you need to click on save image button which is there at the right top corner of the tds declaration page.
