Prepare for infusion : pour 250 ml of boiling water on a 1 tablespoon of the herbal mixture prepared. Lead to cooling and filtering. Assume one to three cups of this herbal tea per day.

• Mix 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of ground green tea leaves and a little turmeric powder (Curcuma longa L.).

• Apply it on your face and neck. • Allow it to sit for 20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm

water. Use this face mask once or twice a week.

• Mix 5 tablespoons of coffee, 5 tablespoons of bitter chocolate, 2 tablespoons coarse salt, concentrated infusion of green tea, 1 or 2 tablespoon of olive oil or sweet almond, two drops of essential oil of the bitter orange (Citrus × aurantium var. amara L.)

• Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth paste easy to spread on the affected area .

• Keep it 3O minutes once coated • Rinse it with warm water. Use this mud once a week.

• Eat varied and healthy The best way to ensure a good intake of flavonoids is to consume plenty of fresh

fruit and vegetable on a daily basis.

• Green Tea can improve health Try to choose a higher quality brand of green tea, because some of the lower

quality brands can contain excessive levels of fluoride, trace of lead, minimum level of ECGC.• Herbal teas and Dietary supplements, in the right amount, can improve

health. herbs contain active substances that can trigger side effects and interact with

other herbs, supplements, or medications. For these reasons, people should take herbs with care, under the supervision of a practitioner knowledgeable in the field of botanical medicine.
