Fair Isle Knitting, also known as stranded knitting, is a traditional technique using multiple colors to create patterns. Learn how to carry your non-working yarn correctly, and how to tension evenly while creating a toddler's hat. Double Knitting is a 2 color technique that will create a reversible, negative mirror image on the back of the work, instead of floats. Created in Stockinette – these pieces will lie flat, instead of curling on the edges. In this class, we’ll create a 2-color wool potholder. Have a sweater or other knit article that is complete but for finishing? Seams have you intimidated? Come in for this 3 hour workshop and we’ll demonstrate different techniques to sew up a seam. MAGIC LOOP

The Magic Loop technique uses an extra long circular needle and will add flexibility to your circular knitting tool kit. You can knit a hat without changing from a circular needle to DPN's!
