“TEACHERS PLANT SEEDS THAT GROW FOREVER”
Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan said, “A life of joy and happiness is
possible only on the basis of knowledge and science”.
Our parents are our first teachers and our teachers are our guides who
shape the future of our students. To show gratitude towards their teachers
who empower them as mentors students feel that its an opportunity to
express their love towards their teacher’s efforts. So they celebrate Teacher’s
day every year. As a mark of gratitude, this year too for making the teachers
feel special, the Principal – Sr. Marisa A.C. and the Cabinet members of
Apostolic Carmel High School, Bandra decided to celebrate Teacher’s day
online. As we move on with the current COVID - 19 pandemic situation, the
Teacher’s Day celebration was done virtually through zoom meeting on 6th
September, 2021 at 5.00 p.m. The programme started by welcoming the
entire Apostolic Carmel Staff with a virtual floral bouquet followed by prayer
service. A video compilation of photos of teachers was played followed by
dance performances and PPT by students, with meaningful messages. A lot
of trouble was taken by Head girl Ms. Reva Kabale and Ms. Laiba Ansari her
assistant along with cabinet members. The Principal Sr.Marisa thanked all
the teachers for their selfless services.
May God the Almighty bless our teachers for all their committed work and
may our Lady of Mount Carmel guide us at every step.
