Students working harder than teacher

Enthusiam, progress, challenge, perseverance, student-led, application

When students are engaged and active in the lesson. This wouldn't have to be lively and outgoing, but focused and working. It's also when they make links to other areas of learning and see how the lesson is building on prior knowledge/working towards final outcome. From a teacher point of view, it's when I do less and they do more. Perhaps allowing for opportunities for them to ask if they need help to move forward, but not in a way that means I am having to talk for half the lesson.
