ORDERING INFORMATION

A centralised warehouse in Sydney is responsible for packing and arranging delivery of Amway orders all

around Australia.

PLACING AN AMWAY ORDER

Firstly, login to the Amway website, www.amway.com.au, using your IBO number and password, then follow

the steps below.

1. At the top of the menu page go to “Items in Cart” and Enter VS numbers and quantity.

If you do not know the VS number, either check your catalogue, browse through the topic links across the

top, or type a key word in the search box. When you find your desired item, simply select the “Add to

Basket” icon. Once you have selected all your shopping items, click the “View Basket” button at the

top.

2. Revise your shopping basket and select “Check Out” when finished

3. Enter your payment details and deliver address, then select “Submit”

4. Your order is then displayed , press finish at the bottom of the page

5. An email will be sent to you confirming your order

Alternatively, you can contact Amway via phone (1800 45 46 47) and speak with an Amway representative to

place your order, or create your own personalised shopping list.

MY SHOPPING LIST

The “Shopping List” function is an excellent way for you to list items that you regularly purchase and can be

accessed at the top of the menu page by selecting ‘Shopping List. There are instructions on how to set up your

Shopping List on the webpage.

You can set up multiple shopping lists for both you and your clients. Once established, you can select desired

items from your Shopping List rather than searching the entire catalogue, saving time for both you and your

clients. Be sure to set up the Email Reminder to notify you of products that may be running low and need to be

reordered.

AMWAY ONLINE TRAINING

On the Amway website, there is a tab along the top titled “Training”. If you click on it and follow the links to the

eLearning website you will find a variety of online training packages that will build your knowledge about different

product ranges and the business in general. You will find this very informative and helpful as a shopping list prompt.

IMPORTANT EVENTS There are a number of events that occur on a regular basis aimed at helping you build your business. These events range from weekly workshops to national conferences. If you are committed to building a successful business, then you should commit yourself to attending all events organised by your upline. WORKSHOPS – These occur all around Australia, and provide a venue for IBOs to show the plan to prospects. You can also send your interstate prospects to a workshop near them. Go to www.idabiz.com.au and check the calendar for upcoming events. You should attend all workshops, regardless of whether you have a prospect attending, to sup-port your team. The cost is generally around $7.00. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS (BDS) – These seminars occur every month with a successful IBO as the speaker to share a story and / or provide business building information. The cost is $22 on an IDA subscription, $25 ordered, $27 at the door. MODULE 1 TRAINING – Module 1 is for all new IBOs to learn about our Artistry Skincare, the new IBO will be edu-cated on skin and their own skincare needs and will learn how to “build their network using the Artistry Brand”. Ad-vanced Module training is also available. SUMMER / WINTER CONFERENCE – These conferences offer in depth training as well as being inspirational events. They are designed to help you move on quickly with your business and are run by your business support team. They are weekend events.
