Examples of the issues that our clients face
Organisations Teams Leaders
We are not good at delivering the changes we need to be successful. We want to be in control of
our projects, understand the risks and increase the
likelihood of success. We don’t have a way of working that will help us to be more consistent in our delivery and learn from project to project.

What makes us unique – newPM®
newPM® is a unique behavioural approach, developed by Team Animation, which supports leaders, teams
and organisations to improve delivery effectiveness and productivity. Through distinguishing initially between
different styles of personal engagement, using a simple diagnostic, newPM® provides insights into how they
adopt and practice process disciplines differently. Consideration can then be given to how they can modify
their behaviour to improve performance in particular circumstances. Within teams (knowing the collective
styles profile) and the organisation, where the fit of the existing or new approach to different individual styles
and culture can be assessed, modifications can be made to improve performance.
newPM® enhances Team Animation’s standard range of offerings to leaders, teams and organisations by
providing unique insights making them of increased value.
The newPM® Suite provides a series of services and products that support people to make positive
behavioural change. The newPM® Suite is of value to organisations who have an existing delivery framework
and wish to improve the level of adoption and practice (e.g. of project management processes and controls)
