Class Project

At this stage, we make a team based on the leader, Lovia

And the members are Lovia(Leader), me(Andi) and Ramon

We separate the tasks for each members to do it themselves

We expect the best from ourselves We discussed a lot of things that we didn’t

really know, for example the purpose of doing this F-S-N-P, the incomplete and unordered resume, etc

We then suggested to do it ourselves and then compare to complete each other

We didn’t get well at this stage because one of our team was late, I bet you know who he was. Yes, it was Ramon.

We(me and Lovia, while Ramon was heading to WCU) still couldn’t decide the purpose of doing these F-S-N-P

Difference arguments on each of us who were planning to apply jobs by ourselves. For example, I wanted to be at the RBS’s marketing but Lovia and Ramon argue that I couldn’t talk well and they suggested me to be an accountant, and I said I’d think about it.

Still confused to decide kind of job that would be suitable for each of us

Fortunately when we were at this stage, we already cooled down on arguing each other

We could know each other better than before

As for the results, we knew what we were after

We decided to help each other to make the resume and applying to the company we targeted

This is the final stage of the F-S-N-P which could be happened a few times in a case

At this stage, we already had our resumes ourselves

We also had already applied to a few company on jobsdb.com and on the newspaper

For me, I had applied to Surya International Group, which I didn’t know what the company was, in the morning of April 2nd and what a shock that I was called by Mr. Edward in the afternoon approximately at 1.14pm to come to his office for an interview on April 3rd 2009 on Sulawesi road no. 48

Then, I went there. I never realized that it was Russley Futures, which was one of the Surya International Group. I met Isahito who was already interviewed and Malonda who just came before me

It was my turn to be called to Mr. Edward’s office I was interviewed. And for an instant I was

shocked because he was asking me in English even though his English was not good enough. I was so nervous and couldn’t speak properly like how I usually did

I was interviewed why I had come to Russley, what my specialty was, where I was studying, describing myself to him, being questioned some kind of marketing which he wanted to hire me as

As the interview ended, I was asked to do an IQ test / Logical test on the third floor

After that, Mr. Edward asked me to come back at Monday for the training and I did, thanks for the invitation, I know a little bit about Index, Investment, graphic movements, etc.

Unfortunately on the third day of training I didn’t come because I recognized that Russley Futures was about “SAHAM” and I don’t really like it that much.

So, I decided not to come on that day At the very last, Mr. Edward himself called

me why I hadn’t come that time, and even though I already explained why, he still insisted on asking me to come on the next Monday to ‘work’ but I said that I would think about it

Until I write this project, I have two and half days to think about accepting or refusing this job

I have decided to refusing this job because I have no interests in “saham” and “index”

About applying via newspaper, I looked at the Saturday Jawa Pos on April 11th and still haven’t got a call from PT. Luxindo Raya (LUX) until now
