TEAM BUILDING Two day training was conducted on
Team Building by Directorate of Training, Union Territories Civil Services , Govt. of NCT of Delhi on January 7 and 8, 2016 at their head quarters from 9:30am to 4:30 pm wherein light was thrown on group dynamics and strategies for better team management.

The whole program was quite effective towards personality development and learning the team ethics. All the sessions were interactive and fun filled. It aimed at practical learning about power of group and strategies to enhance performance.
Self assessment profromas were given to evaluate ourselves as an effective team member and to identify our preferred roles in meeting and similar team activities as an encourager, gatekeeper, initiator,, harmonizer or a summarizer.
