• Temporal Duration- Distinctions of time– Screen duration- Time of the entire film– Plot duration- Time the plot covers– Story duration- Time the story and events covers

• Temporal Frequency-Assumptions based on clues or past instances in a film. – Places emphasis – There be different stories in a plot
