The most impacting reason is due to one’s lifestyle (e.g., eating habits, exercise, smoking, etc.)

So what? Heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and infertility (just to

name a few)

Chart table built on website. Result is retrieved by smartphone based on movement in co-ordinates sent as parameters to website.

Simple activation, runs on locked mode and upon hitting a stop button, results are provided in an easy to read, table.

A small step to avoid obesity and encourage movement. Visual progress chart.

Reminder

(Google Calendar)

Alert user of time to eat/exercise. Teaches discipline and provides a list of possible options thereby teaching appropriate nutritional value.

Calendar is synchronized with Google calendars. Updates on phone &/or computer automatically update in the background on account and are available to view on all devices.

Pop up reminder with OK and CANCEL. Simple selection menu to record and update progress.

Advocates discipline through healthy living. Makes decisions easier. Simple to read and understand.

Easy to navigate from screen to screen and allows user to change food input from current view

Educates users with health facts about the foods they are putting into their bodies and encourages them to practice healthy eating
