Alcoholic fermentation with controled temperature starting at 12°C and finishing at 20°C in stainless steel vats. Ageing on lees during 12 months. No filtration and bottling in the cellar 2 months before release. Pale yellow with silver highlights. On the nose, a great thrilling intensity. Varietal and floral profile, with kiwi, boxwood and lychee notes. Quite delicate, with subtle white flowers aromas. The entry is fleshy and immediately reveals voluptuous pear, peach and mango flavors. Pleasant finish of lychee and a great minerality.
