strategic leadership to your organization by establishing a managed service agreement

that provides an allotment of technical support hours each month…and best yet, if they

aren’t used, they’ll rollover and be available in the next month!

Block Time Agreement – Our block time agreements provide an opportunity to prepay

for blocks of time (starting as small as 25 hours) at a discount. Each month, we’ll send a

statement showing the work we performed and the balance remaining in your account.

Project Engagement – In many cases, our professional services team can define a

statement of work and can quote the cost for an entire project, regardless of the time it

ultimately requires.

Temporarily or Long-Term Staff Augmentation – We provide technical resources,

trained and equipped by SUCCESS, to fill larger short- and long-term needs for technical

staff at your site at special discounted rates. Staff augmentation rates can apply for as

little as 20 hours/week, and for as short as a month.

Time and Materials – It is also an option to engage our technical team on a time and

materials basis, in which case will invoice weekly at our standard rates.
