Revised Institutional Development Proposal
Executive Summary
With the funding and guidelines under TEQIP Phase II, the institute has made significant progress towards
resource development and enhancement of staff/faculty competence thereby causing Institutional
strengthening and improvements in employability and learning outcomes of the graduates. With most of the
planned actions (of the IDP) being executed successfully and some more in pipeline, the institute foresees
additional scope for investment to supplement, continue or utilize the developments as much as possible. The
institute now has the experience and maturity of going further ahead of what planned initially within the
ambit of TEQIP‐II. However, in the extended scope the emphasis will be on soft components.
