SOLGEO CMSaTom tomography software The transmitter sensor is equipped with a push-
button allowing the remote control of Data Acquisition Unit (starting the measurement, storing measured data, resetting the unit). This procedure allows to operate far from the Central Unit. Furthermore this set-up allows to manage the system by only one person.
The HAMMER-Transducer equipping the CMS System , characterized by low frequency and high energy, is recommended when the energy is not sufficient (e.g. materials with low propagation characteristics, “monumental” masonry) and/or materials of very large size.
Solgeo CMS ultrasonic system is able to perform measures of compressional P waves time propagation through different materials, with high accuracy by allowing to visualize on a tablet or PC the waveform of signal acquired.
It is made up of an acquisition unit and different piezoelectric sensors among which high power piezoeletrical transmitter (> 1.6 kV) and a triggered hammer. It means extremely wide range of use, even on bad quality materials.
High sensitivity of piezoelectric receivers, frequency 55 kHz (optionally 80-20 kHz), allows very high accuracy measurements both on laboratory and on site surveys.
The tablet, working with a Bluetooth technology, can perform measurements within 30 m far from the acquisition unit.
CMS is provided with DATASONIC software package for downloading, simple processing data editing or optional with TOMOGRAPHY software ATOM to process tomography data, algorithmSIRT with raytracing.
L’apparecchiatura ultrasonica Solgeo CMS misura il tempo di propagazione delle onde compressionali (onde P) nei materiali con elevata precisione ed inoltre permette la visualizzazione della forma d’onda effettiva del segnale acquisito su di un tablet PC controllandone la qualità in tempo reale.
È costituita da una unità di acquisizione dati e da una serie di sensori piezoelettrici tra cui un trasmettitore piezoelettrico ad alta potenza ( >1.6 kV) ed un martello strumentato che permettono un impiego anche in materiali con scarse caratteristiche di propagazione e velocità.
L’elevata sensibilità dei ricevitori piezoelettrici, con frequenza 55 kHz (opzionale 20 kHz), consentono di effettuare misure estremamente precise sia su provini di laboratorio sia in indagini in sito.
Il tablet grazie alla tecnologia Bluetooth permette di eseguire le misure in un raggio di 30 mt dall’unità di acquisizione.
L’apparecchiatura è corredata dal software DATASONIC per lo scarico e la r rappresentazione dei dati acquisiti eopzionale del software di elaborazione TOMOGRAFICAATOM basato su algoritmo SIRT con ray-tracing.
La sonda trasmittente grazie ad un pulsante permette di comandare a distanza l’unità di acquisizione per eseguire le diverse operazioni di misura (start, memorizzazione dei dati, passaggio alla misura seguente). È così possibile operare anche a una certa distanza dall’acquisitore con l’impiego di un sol operatore.
L’apparecchiatura può essere integrata con il sistema di trasmissione sonico con martello strumentato per effettuare misure laddove le caratteristiche dei materiali da indagare (ad es. murature a sacco) o le distanze da percorrere non siano raggiungibili con il sistema ultrasonico ad alta frequenza.
