General product descriptionThe Skymax® CE dome exists of:- An acrylic or polycarbonate Skylux® dome* in conformity with EN, composed according to the Skylux®

specifications- A curb in PVC (type 16/00 or 30/20) or metal, which is part of the CE agreement of the SHEV system (see

pictures below)- A PVC frame (standard, EP or EP25) or with a Skylux® Window with glass (exceptional low U value), which is part

of the CE certification- External support sheets with accessories for PVC curbs- Two opening system with 24 Volt actuators

Complementary:- One central detection unit type Skycom® Skymax CE (installation on top in the staircase)- A priority switch- Inner spoilers (optional to improve the aerodynamic coefficient Cv)- The positive safety can be disconnected

Product description actuatorThe Skymax® CE is a dome for smoke and heat extraction equipped with a daily ventilation function. On alarm, the dome fully opens diagonally away from the upstand. The opening of the dome in open position is 900 mm horizontally and 570 mm vertically. The two actuators are equipped with an electric final course, which states the maximum course of the actuator on opening and closing.

The Skymax® CE is operated by a Skycom® Skymax CE central detection unit and a heat detector. This detection unit is equipped with several connection possibilities. The detection unit has an autonomy of at least 72h with tension due the incorporated batteries. The central detection unit must be equipped with a priority switch to operate the SHE systemin case of emergency.
