3.1ExhibitionstandsTheConventaorganizersstrivetoorganizethetradeshowaccordingtotheprinciplesofsustainableeventmanagement.Exhibitionstandconstructionisthereforemadeofnaturalmaterial,whichhavebeenusedandwillbereusedalsoforthefutureevents.WehavegotaverypositivefeedbackfromexhibitorsaswellfromthehostedbuyersatConventainthepastyears.Wehopethatyouwillenjoythepositiveatmospherecreatedforbusinessmeetings.Wewouldliketoinviteyoutoset-upyourexhibitionstandinlinewiththeConventaimage.Pleasenote:promotionalroll-upswillnotbeallowedatthestands.SamplesoftheexhibitionstandsintheMeetingsServicesSpotandinIncentiveValley:

3.3Printingoftheimages Standnumber(dimensions50x33cm)andthenameofexhibitor(dimension100x33cm)printedtothecardboardisincludedinthepriceofthestandrental.Wewouldliketosuggestyoutousethesamematerialsforprintingtheimagesofyouroffer.Youcanalsouseyourownmaterials,followingthedimensionsbellow.Uponadditionalpaymentweoffer:Printofsmallphotos,dimensions50x33cm,price:10EUR+DDVPrintofbiggerphotos,max.dimension80x80cm,price:50EUR+DDVOrdersfortheprintingoftheimagesshouldbeaddressedtoexhibitor@conventa.infonolaterthanJanuary5,2017.Organiserswillissuethepro-formainvoiceandgiveyoutheftp.addresstouploadyourimages.

3.4ExhibitionlayoutThelayoutwillbesetbytheorganizer.Beforeassemblyworksbegin,theexhibitionspaceswillbemarkedwith the standard banners and the staff at the Conventa reception desk will provide directions to yourallottedspace.ExhibitionlayoutwillbeavailableattheConventawebsitewww.conventa.info.

3.5RegulationsregardingthefittingsoftheexhibitionspaceConstruction frames, installations, equipment, decorations and demonstrations at the exhibition spacemustnotdiminishthegeneralappearanceoftheConventatradeshow,andshouldnotbeextendedoutsidethe allotted space, and no sound, lighting or other effects may be used which might disturb otherexhibitors.TheorganiserreservestherighttomakecorrectionstotheexhibitionspaceifitdiminishesthegeneralappearanceoftheConventatradeexhibition.

3.7DisassemblyandremovalofexhibitsDisassembly of the exhibits and exhibition spaces begins immediately after the closing of the Conventashowon19January2017,from17.30to18.30.Disassemblyoftheexhibitionspaceisallowedonlyafterexhibitsareremoved,orsoonerifthisisnecessaryinordertoremovetheexhibits.Theexhibitororcontractor inchargeoftheexhibitspace isrequiredtoremoveallpromotionalmaterialsafterthetradeshow.Anymaterialsleftonthestandpast19.00maybedestroyed.

4.Additionaltechnicalservices

4.1TechnicalservicesExhibitionstandsareequippedwith theelectricityandaccess to thewireless internet.Foranyadditionaltechnicalservicespleasecontacttheorganisersortheregistrationdeskduringtheevent.

IfreceivedbyTuesday17January2017,materialswillbedeliveredtoyourstandbyConventastaff.

5.Parking

Exhibitorsareadvised tousepublicparkingspacesbehind theGRbuildings.The lotmaybeaccessedviaValjhunovaStreet.Thepriceoftheseparkingspacesisapp.3,5EURperday.OtheravailableandpayableparkingspacesaresituatedalongVilharjeva,Železna,Linhartova,ValjhunovaandDunajskastreets(allapproximately500mfromthefairgrounds).

6.TransferfromhotelstoConventioncentre

Transferwillbeorganisedforexhibitors,whichhavemadeareservationintheofficialConventahotels.Transferswillbeorganisedon18and19January2016.DetailedschedulewillbeavailableattheConventawebsitewww.conventa.si.
