TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
(LABYRINTH SEALS)1. PRE-INSPECTION:
As the job arrives at our premises, after opening the casing we should check whether the jobhas any physical damage like cracks, major profile defects, etc.
a) In case the job is found damaged or the casing of the job found damaged, then inform to
the higher authority (of !s I") for the same # make a comment on the receipt slip."recede further process as per instruction given after then.
b) $heck that the job is in accordance to the drawing and inspect the damages or defects. If
they are repairable, then we can proceed for further course of action.

SHARP EDGES:
$hamfer the sharp edges from the job wherever found while inspection is In&progress.
emoval of sharp edges using grinding wheels is called as chamfering.
3. INITIAL ABRASIVE BLASTING:Initial abrasive blasting to be done by Aluminum o*ide abrasive particles, for making
rough +urface for the bond coating.

*. CHEC"ING OF ROBOT PROGRAMMING:

be cross&checked on running condition with&out supplying any raw material, fuel, etc.
. COARSE BLASTING OF SELECTED AREA:
$oarse blasting on the selected areas shall be done before ?" coating is performed. 4hegrit used for blasting shall be fresh and free from foreign materials.
