As of now I have answers to only below points:

Project Team Members3-4 developers, 2 testers

Central RepositoryAny source control (version control) software on which any one of us has experienced like TFS (Team Foundation Server), MKS Integrity Client, etc.Will have to download and install only free copies and not the paid ones.

Technology on which it will be developedASP.NET Webforms or ASP.NET MVC using C#Need to discuss internally within team about their comfort level

List of software/hardware requiredLaptop/PC, Windows Operating System, .NET Framework, Microsoft Visual Studio, IIS, IE, Google Chrome..Some items in the list may add up as and when we’ll discover in the process of development

Development process/pattern to be followedWaterfall method, Agile ScrumAgain depends upon the team

Mode/Medium of Effective Communication/Status Reporting/Meetings etcEmails, chat apps, telephonic, skype, daily/weekly meeting can be set up for updates/progress

Tracking of project lifecycleIf we can get free version of TFS installed it can help us track the project activities right from requirements gathering to maintenance phase.Or we may use offline method like maintain Excel sheets, Word docs, etc.
