Brazilian CsF program at TUM
Bem vindos a TUM! Welcome to TUM!
It all started in the summer semester 2012 at the Technische Universität München: We welcomed the first
grant holders of the Brazilian scholarship program „Science without Borders/Ciência sem Fronteiras”
(CsF) in Munich.
Since 2012, the number of CsF fellows at TUM has continuously grown. Currently, TUM has already
received 200 grant holders, thus emphasizing its crucial role as German partner in this scholarship
program.
The following slides will give you a short overview of TUM and provide you with relevant information for
your possible stay. Hopefully, we will welcome you as our next CsF fellow in the summer semester 2015!

CsF: Admission Information
• In order to apply for CsF at TUM, please choose one of the TUM offerings at http://csf-alemanha.de
• Upload the necessary documents as stipulated by DAAD.
• The respective department at TUM will then evaluate your application.
• If you are accepted, you will be contacted accordingly.
• The next step is to registrate at the Welcome Office of the International Center.
• Study program: Please wait with specific questions until your application has been successful. Then
you can contact the department directly in order to discuss your proposed course of study. It is
possible to include courses from a second faculty, but the majority of courses has to be taken at the
department where you have been accepted.
• If you are planning to attend courses in German and English at TUM, you will have to submit
German and English language certificates.

• TUM has its own Career Service which supports international students with a variety of services.
• You can profit from:

− Internship Vacancies Offerings
− Career Fairs
− Resource Center with all relevant information regarding internships.

the Recruiting Portal of TUM.

If you have been accepted for studying at TUM via CsF,
you can benefit from exclusive activities during the month before classes start; e.g. March for the Sommer
Semester 2015.
