QUIÉNES SOMOS
ALC is a lightweight precast Concrete that provides excellent structural, thermal, fire, acoustic and mould-resistance.
ALC is manufactured from cement, sand, lime and water; it is aerated by adding an expanding agent to the mix.
The mix is poured into a large mould and allowed to rise. These large soft blocks are sliced into the required panel and then cured in a steam pressure autoclave for up to 12 hours. The result is a concrete panel filled with small, finely dispersed air bubbles, which is both strong and lightweight.
Embedded corrosion protected steel mesh, sometimes double mesh, inside the panels provide excellent strength when installed as internal walls or over a load bearing timber or steel frame.
DIMENSIONS: Panels are supplied in different widths and up to 3300mm length, and can easily be cut to size allowing fast and strong installation.

una excelente respuesta estructural, térmica, ignífuga y
de alta resistencia.
ALC es una mezcla de material granular (arena),
agua, cemento, y un agente expansivo.
Esta MEZCLA se vacía en moldes donde el agente se expande formando millones
de burbujas de aire uniforme.
En su INTERIOR tiene refuerzo de malla de acero
(en algunos casos posee doble malla).
Las DIMENSIONES del panel de ALC son: 600mm de ancho
y logra alcanzar una longitud máxima de hasta 2m.
Sus usos son: - Suelo, techo. - Cerramientos.
