STAUFF Technology Centre can supply and prepare in kit form custom bent tubes with pre-assembled screw fastenings, made to measure hose assemblies and pre-assembled clamps. The kits are pre-packaged and labelled to customer requirements, quality inspected and delivered direct to your production line.

STAUFF can also procure third-party components on your behalf, therefore improving your procurement efficiency, expediting assembly times and helping you minimise unnecessary inventory.

Tube & Pipe Bending Specialists

Tube & Pipe Scanning & Design STAUFF Technology Centre utilises the MICROSCRIBE design software including 2D / 3D coordinate-measuring arm for efficient and accurate determination of the geometric data of sample pipe shapes. Equipped with a precision contact probe, the system plots the pipe’s measuring data using pipe-specific software to continuously acquire and evaluate the sample’s critical data, which may be edited in tabular form, CSV format, or CAD file format.

Tube & Pipes that exceed the basic measuring range can also be measured continuously and without any difficulties as the pipe measuring software includes an integrated “leapfrog” function. Thereby the measuring arm is displaced while maintaining the actual coordinate system and without interrupting the measuring process.

Linked to our computerised bending machines, this system can reproduce a design from a sample of tube or pipe if no drawing is available. As this scanning system is portable our specialist designers can attend your production facility to scan and programme on site. STAUFF use the acquired data to produce samples for your validation prior to final production. This specialised precision measuring system saves many hours of your design and measuring time, whilst maintaining total accuracy and reliability.

Inspection, Repair & Calibration Services

STAUFF inspect, repair, test and calibrate leading brands of digital and analogue diagnostic equipment.

STAUFF Technology Centre are the manufacturer’s authorised repairer for Webtec test and flow measurement equipment, and are equipped to repair most other brands. STAUFF use genuine quality parts and our specialist capabilities ensure repairs are reliable, and comply with the relevant manufacturers’ specifications.

Hydraulic Test Equipment

Service Repairs & TestingOil & Water Hydraulic Control Valves

STAUFF’s test rig is capable of providing flow testing up to 800 LPM for inspection and certificate issue against flow meters and other measurement devices.

STAUFF’s test rig utilises ISO32 grade hydraulic fluid, temperature controlled for accurate testing based on minimal viscosity variations.

A comprehensive test and calibration service is available for most types and brands of flow meters.

Master units are calibrated and traceable to British, German and Australian National standards.

Precision Flow Testing and Calibration Services

Pressure Gauge TestingSTAUFF’s comparator includes a STAUFF PPC-04 system with 600,100, and 15 bar transducers for digital pressure testing and recording, using transducers certified and traceable to NATA standards.

Gauges can be tested to 2000 bar static using STAUFF’s air/oil intensifier.

A calibration report confirming accuracy is provided with each tested gauge.

Webtec

STAUFF Technology Centre specialises in the service and repair of water hydraulic and water/oil hydraulic directional control valves.

Complete function testing is carried out to manufacturer and customer specifications.

Light Fabrication and Welding ServicesSTAUFF Technology Centre’s workshop incorporates TIG & MIG welding facilities, as well as traditional manual metallic arc methods.

Combining STAUFF’s in-house welding capabilities, machining and specialised fluid power workshop resources, we have the capability to fabricate to your requirements, including - test benches, valve stand benches, filter trolleys and additional specialised equipment.

Design and Drafting ServicesSTAUFF offers a complete design and manufacturing capability. Our experienced and highly qualified engineering team combines the technical and logistical expertise required to provide customised cost-effective system designs.

STAUFF utilises 2D & 3D design & drafting for the design of hydraulic pipework, specialist systems and equipment. Our manufacturing capabilities ensure the finished product is built strictly to customer specifications.

STAUFF’s engineering team can either work independently throughout the development and prototyping stages or in collaboration with a project design & manufacturing team, providing specialist advice and support to achieve the most cost-effective and technically capable system designs.
