TEChNICAL DATA
SLE Microlub systems work according to the principle of minimum quantity lubrication. Only that much oil is applied as needed for the process. The application is carried out in a capsulated chamber by two-component nozzles. At punching machines the spray chamber is usually installed directly after the infeed respectively before the punching tool. Depending on the press or the processing machine different spray chambers are available or are correspondingly adjusted.
The medium which was not used and remains in the spray chamber is lead back to the cycle by a return and filtration. As an option an active exhaustion can be installed that separates the medium residue from the air by a corresponding separator and leads it back to the cycle.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Parallel to the spray chamber also open spray points, punch lubrications and other lubrication points in the tool can be operated as own cycles for selective lubrication and cooling. The spray chamber is supplied by a basic module out of the Microlub family. The basic module is a controller regulated device with pneumatic and hydraulic components for the repeatable adjustable oil quantity. Besides the oil quantity regulation also all process parameters are controlled here and passed on to the processing machine through a corresponding interface.
OPEN SPRAYING POINT/EXAMPLE SPRAY fORK
There are different possibilities for the visualization. In general, the systems are delivered with a remote control. With modern system controls of the processing machine however also interfaces to the “Master Control” can be realized. here already defined interfaces to Bruderer, Raster, Sys and general PC control are available.
BASIC MODULE
Interfaces to the Master control permit a comfortable handling at the central visualization as well as the use of general process data at the machine control. Thus for example oil quantities can be stored relating to the corresponding tool data.

CONTROL

INTERfACES
The band spraying systems of the Microlub family are available in three types of control.
1. SLE control (microprocessor)
2. Beckhoff PLC
3. Siemens PLC
for each control in general a remote control is available as visualization.
Systems with Beckhoff control can basically be controlled by each standard PC with Ethernet interface. for this also a certified interface to the Bruderer B2 control is available.
The Siemens control can be integrated in on site Siemens central computers. Pre-configured WinCC components are available. By this, Microlub band spraying systems can for example be integrated in a control of the company Raster.
