Lesson Plan Subject – Science Topic – Seeds and Plants Grade – First Grade Objectives: Students will
understand how the seed starts a new plant, stages, parts of the plant and their jobs, kinds of plants, and what we can eat.
Teaching the lesson
Teach new vocabulary using words and pictures’ flash cards
Ask students what they know about the seeds and plants
Incorporate technology: PowerPoint, Digital camera, Digital images from Internet and Google images
