No additional request for pricing is required
$50,000 TO $150,000 Must submit request for pricing to at least three (3) vendors or resellers

Must submit request for pricing to at least six (6) vendors or resellers

1: Agency Submits Draft SOW to DIR
2: DIR Reviews and Consults with Agency
3: DIR Responds to Agency
4: Agency submits Approved SOW to vendor(s)

5: Agency evaluates vendor responses and negotiates final version of SOW
6: Agency and vendor execute final version of SOW
7: Agency sends final SOW to DIR for signature
8: DIR reviews, approves, signs and returns SOW to agency

Texas Public Information Act and opinions of the Office of Attorney General

term of the SOW, including any renewals or extensions
