Technology Transformation: Microsoft Mini-Series
This is an introductory course for the use of Excel 2013 that will guide
you through the Excel 2013 interface and increase your understanding
of the follow items:
• Document creation, editing, and saving
• Formatting text, lists and paragraphs
• Working with tables, columns, and other formatting features
• Working with headers and footers

• Describe the Office 2013 ribbon and menu interface
• Describe how to edit, move and copy data
• Identify steps and options for formatting data

• Identify the Help options in Office 2013
• Identify top reasons it is important for hospital leaders to efficiently use these programs
in the healthcare environment
• Identify other audiences that need to know this information and need to collaborate in
this area
