LETTER OF INTRODUCTION

Sir, We would like to introduce our self as Associate Contractor & Manufacturer of mining and

processing industry machinery and spares, ACM Technomac Projects is a company formed by a group of professionals with extensive experience and expertise in crushing, screening & fabrication of crushing equipment.

Crushing & Screening is an unique field. Apart from the crusher and processes involving it, one has to

have control/influence on the upstream operation like raw material stock, feeding on hopper, during process use of transport equipments. When these are planned in coordination, the lowest cost per ton of the final crushed product can be obtained.

To most Crusher owners, the challenge is to obtain the right quality of stone aggregates at the right

price, this can be achieved only by having complete control on the production equipment & crushing process, plant maintenance & service. Keeping all this in mind ACM Technomac Projects was formed.

Project management for crushing & screening plant.

Complete setup on Turn Key Bases of Stone Crushing & Screening Plant with detailed design and engineering.

Complete Operation & Maintenance Contract of Stone Crushing plant and related material handling system (with or without spares).

We have our works situated in Kichha, Uttrakhand.

We have machine shop and fabrication set-up supported by designing and drawing facility. We manufacture

process machines related to Stone crusher, Sugar Factory, Steel Plants and Mining Industry.

We manufacture the following Machines & Spares –

Screens- Double Deck, Triple Deck and four Deck Size- 21’x7’, 18’x6’, 16’x5’, 14’x5’.

Rotopector crusher- 800 mm, 1000 mm size.

Conveyors-600 mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm Belt length, 20 mtrs, and 25 mtrs & above, Swing / Fixed

Conveyor-as per requirement.

Vibro feeders up-to 500 TPH capacity. 3x1 mtrs, 4x1.2 mtrs

Dewaterer bucket wheel 80 TPH capacity.

Dewatering Screen up-to 250 TPH capacity.

Sand Classifier 50 TPH capacity.

Sand washing machine, 50-150 TPH capacity

All type of conveyer rollers – Caring rollers, Guide rollers, Impact rollers, Return rollers

All type of Drum pulley with or without rubber legging

Group leader of large no of technicians associate with stone crushing plants. Having good experience in the field of complete stone crushing plant setup from planning to production.

Chander Dev Urao (senior plant foreman-Technical) Around 20 year experience in the field of crushing plant, Expert in all type of crushing plant fabrication, plant operation, production & maintenance, Good experience with latest crushing machines like cone crusher, VSI, HSI, Evo wash, Hammer crusher all type of single & double toggle jaw etc. Develop so many plant accessories related to the easy plant operation, standardisation of plant machine & equipment as per local material/spares availability. Mahindra Urao (senior plant foreman-Production) More then 20 year experience in stone crushing & screening plant, Working as plant operation & maintenance contractor since last 5 years, Group leader of large no plant operators, technician, helper drivers, transport equipment operators, sound technical knowledge related to the plant operation & maintenance, fabrication erection of new plant, plant expansion, plant development to increase the production capacity as well as efficiency of plant.

Our Strength Organised team work is our strength, we have large no of technician, professionals, electrical-

mechanical-civil contractor/sub-contactors, automobile engineer, mechanic, plant helper, welder, fitter etc. We mange

the plant to take out-put as per the plant capacity as well as efficiency of the plant.
