The Chips tee diary system is a centralised, fully networkable and configurable diary screen suitable for use on courses of any configuration and length. Additional resources such as buggies can be created and even lessons and driving ranges can be managed within the same system.

The Chips tee booking system records every detail of every customer playing on your course and provides a comprehensive management tool to maximise your green fee revenue.

The system can be expanded to support points based golf credit or voucher schemes to attract the “nomadic” golfer who would like to play on your course but not pay a large joining fee.

CRM, Sales and Marketing

The Chips CRM data export allows you to create lists of customers that fall into specific customer types, who have purchased certain types of green fee, spent a certain amount in any one period or have not visited for some time. Once selected you can quickly create address labels on a printer or mail merge to create personalised marketing letters.

1. Select Demographics Customer or members type Age Gender Post Code Membership Joining Date

2. Select by Purchases Product Group Specific PLU A purchase value range Enquiries logged at the till No purchases in the period

3. Output results: to screen on screen summary output address labels output for mail merge
