This is a �me for fresh starts and a �me for change. We prepare for the start of school and for many a return to the office, and look back at a summer that for many of us was unlike any other. Throughout this challenging �me it has been so wonderful seeing so many of you back in the library. The summer was filled with the sound of children’s, teens and adult footsteps and voices throughout the building, and the sound of laughter, stories and music outdoors. There were so many wonderful outdoor programs for everyone. We will con�nue to offer outdoor programming as long as weather permits, and we are excited to begin indoor programming. We will be limi�ng the number of a�endees in each program to ensure everyone’s safety. Masks should be worn in all children’s programs and we strongly encourage masks for all. Beginning September 11 our Saturday hours return to 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we resume Sunday hours, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., on October 3. We look forward to enjoying the fall with all of you and look forward to seeing you all. Please know that your safety is our top priority.

From the Director’s Desk Welcome to September. My how quickly the summer goes. This is a � me for fresh starts and a � me for change.

We prepare for the start of school and for many a return to the offi ce, and look back at a summer that for many of us was unlike any other. Throughout this challenging � me it has been so wonderful seeing so many of you back in the library.

The summer was fi lled with the sound of children’s, teens and adult footsteps and voices throughout the building, and the sound of laughter, stories and music outdoors. There were so many wonderful outdoor programs for everyone.

We will con� nue to off er outdoor programming as long as weather permits, and we are excited to begin indoorprogramming. We will be limi� ng the number of a� endees in each program to ensure everyone’s safety.

Masks should be worn in all children’s programs and we strongly encourage masks for all.

Beginning September 11 our Saturday hours return to 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we resume Sunday hours, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., on October 3.

We look forward to enjoying the fall with all of you and look forward to seeing you all. Please know that your safety is our top priority.
