Right or wrong stem cells?

Genetic engineering is work in which you identify and move DNA segments. In genetic engineering, there are a number of different techniques used to identify and transfer genes. Genetic engineering is a powerful tool for basic research on cells and their components. An interesting question that many have asked in this is, is right or wrong to use stem cells, or does it violate the laws of nature. From early human embryos we can now take out a so-called embryonic stem cells. Cells can give orgin to all the various possible cell types of a human being, and therefore could be used to create replacement cells for transplantation. These cells could be used to treat a variety of diseases, such as diabetes, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and leukemia. Stem cells can also be used for muscle growth, it works like anabolic. Another thing you can change is the ability to change a fetus, so that it becomes like a beauty surgery. Stem cells are cells with eternal life, which divides repeatedly in cell culture, and can be developed for many of the cell types found in the body. The hope for the future is that stem cells could replace cells that has in different ways broken down in the body. Many commentators fear that the techniques of stem cells can develop into a quick way to make large quantities of cloned humans.

The discussion about if it is right or wrong or ethical to use stem cells, have escalated. What we have noticed is that many people in the community want to have opinions on this issue. The ones that think it's okay to make use of stem cells have a great many arguments in their favor.

In today's society, many people suffer from various heart diseases. Scientists have plans with stem cells that could lead to a lot of people would survive these diseases, they are very close to finding a way to heal a wounded heart. They say that stem cells could repair a heart that has been damaged by a slight heart attack. Stem cells could be inserted near the heart, and then develop into muscle cells and new blood vessels. Such transplants have succeeded in both mice and humans. Why not use us the resources we have? It would be foolhardy not to do it. Millions of people could be saved.

What speaks against this is that, if it goes wrong. Sure, we've tested it on humans and mice, but have they tested it enough? Put yourself in this scenario, an old woman has had a heart attack. The lady comes in to the hospital, doctors analyze her and dicied to help women by inserting stem cells next to the brain. Something goes wrong, the woman dies. When doctors talk about what had happened, they will come to the conclusion that it would have been better to see if the woman had survived without stem cells.

Is it really okay that we use stem cells? Must everyone be perfect? Is it not wrong to take stem cells from an embryo, a humanbeing? Another thing that speaks against it is that, why try to play God? Is it really right that you can control how a child should look like. In the future, one could clone people so that there can be one hundred exactly like humans.

Every human is different, there is something unic with each person. Why change that?

Carlscrona ibf won the great derby against Örlogsstadens ibk by Jakob Johansson

Carlskrona ibf won the hot derby against Örlogsstadens ibk with 11-6 in the Herrar utvecklnings serie.

Carlskrona were in a third place in the serie, and Örlogsstadens ibk were in a sixth place, before this game was played. But Örlogsstaden took an unexpected lead in the game.

Sex minutes in the second period Örlogsstaden took a lead with 4-3. But after 15 minutes in the second period Jakob Johansson tied the game to 4-4 for Cif, after that

CIF took a hold on the game. because after the tied goal, CIF scored again by Marco Andersson minutes after, and it was 5-4 to CIF. In the third period CIF scored 6 goals and örlogsstaden 2 goals, the final score was 11-6 to Carlskrona ibf.

-i though it was quite safely after two periods although it was 5-4 to Cif, because we had our strongest period left, the only dangerous line who created something was Oskar Jönsson in Örlogsstaden, i want to see more sacrificing game from Cif.

Magnus Svensson cut off in the national team.

Jan Erik Vaara chosen to leave Svensson behind the team, when he said ”I don’t think he fit in this offensive team we have”.

Interview with a Black bugg! (Jonte) by Carl Hultman

After the match i did get some connection with a KHK supporter and get a small interview with him. Ill asked some quiestion about the game and how he thinks KHK played during this game. Im extremly happy with the game overall, i think the is the best KHK have played in a long long time. This was a hard

game on the paper because Djurgåredn have a lot of experience in high rated hockey. I think me as a suppoerter and all the rest of the black buggs helped our team to a victory. I think that if we (KHK) play this evry game we can easily win all the matches this season. I am happy to be a Black bugg. I´m gonna be on evry match this season after this game, says the supporter Jonathan Jonte Johansson.

KHK takes the victory agianst Dif with a motivated team!by Carl HultmanDispite that the game agianst KHK and Djurgården Hockey was delayed with 30 minutes did KHK beat the master team DIF on their homemark. The match ended 5-2 to Karlkrona wich was a great game for the hometeam. In the first period both of the teams was getting alot of goalchances BUT both of the teams goalkeeper did a great job that resulted 0-0 in th first part of the game. After tha 20 minutes of the first period the people and the fan was very happy how tha game started, you can notice that very easy! The fans of KHK that are namned The black buggs was very excited how the match has begun agianste the masters. The second period started very good for KHK, Henrik Höglund open the goalscore att the time 10.17 and just 2 minutes after that did Karlskrona an other goal who was mayed by the comeback Jimmy Svensson, and he dident just do a comeback goal, he did the goal in his first on the ice this match. This match did Karlskrona lend a player from the team Växjö namned Tom Linder. This was the first match for Tom couldent started thismatch better because it was he

that did the 3 goal for Karlskrona in the time 16:00. THis match couldent start better for Karlksrona, the goal number 4 was scored by Nils Bergström and he was also a lend from a other team namned Röggle and the goal was scored only 30 second after the third goal. The second period was almost over, but not over for Karlskrona. When the time was 19.16 Karlkrona did their fifth goal for the game and its was scored by by the personen who did the forth, Nils Bergström! The scond period ended 5-0 to Karlkrona! A better start couldent they wish for! The black buggs was crazy and they were singing all the

fanssongs tha had and they almost blow the roof of the arena! But not all fans was happy about the game, Difs suporters wasent that happy over their team, they saw abit bored and disipointed of how there team are playing. The third and last period was going to start with a hysterical black buggs, they gonna take there team to a win! In the third and last period Djurgården did take a chance and playd all on one card just to mabey get a chance to get back in the game. Djugården is pushing back Karlskrona mostly time of the last period. When seven minutes has gone in the game Djurgården scored the first goal in Timo Leiononen, the goal was made by Henrik Eriksson. The time 12.34 Djurgården make the second goal made by Alexander Wennberg. But closer then this they dident get. THis was the fifth win for the season for KHK. When the final signal went off the black buggs went crazy of happiness. All the people who was supported KHK was extremly happy about the win. This was the best game they played in the season.

The new players took helped KHK!

KHKs new players that their lend from other teams did a lot to help them take the victory home. Tom Linder and Nills Bergström was the reason that KHK won.

Most young people are testing some kind of drugs. Many of these young people continues with some drugs. Why do they do it? Do they not have enough information of the drugs that they should have?

Many people who use drugs do so because they have some problem. The people who are at high risk of being caught in some drug are those who: ... are easy to get hold of alcohol and / or drugs in their neighborhood. ... Did not enjoy school, and have difficulties to learn things in the school.... Have problems with friends, or friends who have problems with some drug. ... Has very bad conflicts in the family. ... have some sort of mental illness. ... Have feelings of guilt, feel abandoned in the home environment.

If parents smoke is a higher risk that their children follow their pattern, because these children have learned that it is accepted to do as the parents doing. Initially perhaps it is content just to smoke on festivities, but it can lead to an addiction, without noticing it. Some are doing drugs to hide the fact that you feel bad. About a third of the young people who use drugs are suffering from any mental illness. Approximately every six guy, and every seventh girl in Swedish schools has tried harder drugs, as hasch or marijuana.

Regarding alcohol in young people, so many believe that there is a growing trend. It's not so bad, but the growing has been relatively small during the last 40 years. However, it is much more that must visit an hospital because they have been alcohol poisoning. Just a few years ago it was almost guys who ended up in hospital because of this, but today it's at least as many girls.

We have chosen to interview two people. Person 1 says that she has been taken drugs since she was 14 and is now 19 years old. She says that regrets it now, and is now trying to help today's young people to a better way in their life. It made her to start with drugs in that young age, was the pressure from the group, and it did´t help that she spent time with those who was five years older than her. Since she was 14 so she smokes regularly and drink alcohol at least once on the weekend. Sometimes she is drinking alcohol in the week too.Person 2 says that he has never tried any drug and he is 18 years old. He says that all of his training has kept him away from all drugs. He also says that he will not start with any drug either because it is not necessary to use drugs and it just hurt.
