The registration of property documents has been a harassing experiment for various people. There are number of tales of delays, exploitation, red tapism and absentee revenue officer’s. An initiative by Haryana Government in Kurukshetra looks to change all that. The Financial Commissioner Krishna Mohan recently on 23rd May 2013 launched an Appointment Management System which aims at bringing about transparency and convenience in the entire process.

The system ensures that each person can take a prior appointment for registration of his document. At the appointed time, all the revenue officer have to be present there and ensure that the document are processed there and than. This would take place between 9.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. noon. The Registration Deeds are delivered the same day in between 3.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M. at the e-Disha Kendra, itself. This has resulted in convenience to hundreds of people decides attacking corruption and curbing the middlemen, who used to take advantage of the earlier opaquely system.

Appointee Photo is Captured and Uploaded on AMS website.

Stamp No’s / Bank Receipt No. entered in the database and verified at the time of deed registration.

Appointment Slip is generated and issued to appointee with the Date & Time of appointment

Daily Appointment details is displayed on the AMS Website and processed in a queue as per appoint time.

Documents are Verified at the time of acknowledgement of deed registration & acknowledgement slip is generated

Attendance of Sub-Registrar is entered in AMS website and duty is allocated.

After acknowledgement deed is presented at the Registry Clerk For Checking of any Court Case/Stay/Mutation etc.

Deeds are checked and Marked for Presentation of Parties at Tehsildar.

Both the Parties (Seller & Purchaser) are presented and photo is captured in the Presence of the Tehsildar.

Photo is capered in the queue and the List is displayed on the Dashboard.

Next two Weeks appointment status is displayed on the dashboard.
