Event Mobile – Opening Page

Step 1- Users download the application

Step 2- At first use register Name and Phone Number. You capture this data for your event.

Users now have access to:

•Booth Locations•Events•Speakers•Schedule•Twitter comments•Developer information


Event Mobile – Venue (Booth Location)This could be used for venues at a conference or booth s in a tradeshow

•All Vendors can be located from this screen•Premium Booths are listed at the front of the page•You can sell Premium placements for additional income•All other booths are listed alphabetically•Users can scroll to see a the vendors•Click on a Vendor for more information (see next slide)


Event Mobile – Vendors

Click on the Vendor and obtain:

•Name•Booth Location•Information•Web Site Access

This can be an additional revenue opportunity adding the webpage as a premium service for you vendors

Click on the Event to see the map of the booths

•You can click again to enlarge the map and navigate it


Event Mobile – Speakers

Accessing the Speakers page you can see the speakers and obtain information about them.

Sponsors are listed on a page

•This increases sponsorship sales opportunities

•Click a logo and go to the sponsors Webpage


Event Mobile – Twitter Hashtag

All Tweets about your event will be on the application.

This allows users to receive updates real-time from other users and vendors.
