DESCRIPTION
Portfolio of images taken with a JEOL JSM-2000EX TEM. All animal tissue was provided embedded in epoxy. All plant tissue was fixed with glutaraldehyde/paraformaldehyde in PBS buffer, and post fixed with osmium tetroxide prior to embedding. Sections made using Porter-Blum ultramicrotome, and imaged on 300 copper mesh grids at varying voltages. All samples negatively stained using uranyl acetate and lead citrate.TRANSCRIPT
