Templars Against Child Abuse

Rules.   Howe to become a Templar:  §1,  Must  fill  in  application,  and  at  same  time  send  us  a  5  year  clean  criminal  record(  you  get  from  local  Police)  or  another  form  where  we  can  see  you  background  check  for  the  last  5  years.  If  we  cant  come  with  you  to  the  Police    ask  them  to  sign  that  its  really  you.  Only  criminality  aginst  children  or  women  counts.  §  2,  If  you  have  been  a  member  in  another  club  before,  we  need  2  references  we  cancontact.  Name,  telephone  Number.  §  3  After  council  or  local  council  accepts  your  application.  you  take  the  rank  of  provisional  without  patches.  This  will  be  for  6-­‐  12  months  .  When  council  and  Templars  accept  you,    you  will  have  the  Provisional  cermony  and  get  the  provisional  patches.  Bottom  rocker,  front  patch  and  Provisional  patch.  §  4You  will  become  a  Full  Templar    when  the  council  and  knights  have  fully  accepted  you,  and  you  have  proven    yourself  worthy  to  become  a  Templar.  This  you  do  with  attendance,  Loyalty,  and  honesty,  and  always  be  helpful.  When  you  have  filled  in  our  application  and  been  accepted  ,  you  will  have  accepted  the  rules  of  the  order  and  they  will  not  change.  You  are  100%  clear  about  whats  expected  of  you  and  our  hierarchy  and  that  all  inside  the  order  is  just  for  knights.  You  have  accepted  that  we  are  an  order  and  not  an  MC  this  means  we  have  no  big  bike  meetings,  no  bike  parties,  and  guests  on  invitation  only.  When  you  are  a  Templar  must  you  always  act  as  one,  the  council  can  without  any  warning  kick  you  out  from  the  order  and  take  your  patches,  if  you:  1,  Are  going  against  any  of  the  officers  or  knights  or  talking  bad  about  the  order.  2,  If  you  commit  violence  or  any  crime  that  has  prison  as  sentence.  3,  If  you  do  any  type  of  abuse  against  kids  or    women.  4,  If  you  steal  or  not  pay  your  membership  fee  as  it  should  be  paid  without  clearance  from  the  treasury  master.  5,  If  you  for  any  reason  do  not  obey  the  knighthood  rules  of  honesty,  loyalty,  security,  6,  If  you  for  any  reason  do  harm  to  another  Knight  or  club  without  the  councils  permission.    

 

 

            Rules .    §  1  Must  have  a  MC  over  400cc,  motorcross,  trail  and  racebikes  are  not  allowed.  §  2  Have  a  5  year  clean  criminal  record.  §  3,  Not  use  any  type  of  Drugs,  hash,  marijuana,  heroin,  cocaine,  ecstasy.  §,  4,  No  connection  to  any  type  of  criminal  gangs.  §  5,  Always  follow  the  directives  from  officers  and  council.  §  7,  Always  protect  the  Order  and  Brothers  and  sisters,  §  8  Always  wherever  you  are  act  as  a  knight  and  show  you  are  a  knight  and  worthy  of  our  patches.  §  9,  Always  come  when  the  order  calls,  when  we  need  to  protect  a  child.  §  10,  Always  report  all  abuse  to  kids  to  council  or  local  Police.  §  11,  Never  leave  an  abused  child  unprotected.    Order Philosophy  §  1,  Never  accept  child  abuse,  do  all  we  can  to  stop  abuse  and  prevent  it  from  happening.  §  2  Protect  and  serve  kids  that  are  abused,  poor  or  sick  and  always  be  their  protector.  §  3  Its  our  life  to  live  and  die  by  the  sword  as  knights  §  4  To  have  fun  and  ride  our  steel  horses  a  lot  and  as  much  as  possible.  §  5  Inform  schools  and  kids  as  much  as  possible  about  our  work,  what  we  stand  for  and  how  we  help  the  more  unfortunate  ones  in  our  community  and  country.  §  6  Show  respect  to  all  clubs  and  always  act  helpful  and  understanding  to  all.  §  7  We  are  not  for  violence,  but  if  anyone  harms  a  brother  a  sister    a  child,  or  a  weaker  person  we  are  not  nice  guys.    Meetings  §  1  T.A.C.A  Council  will  have  a  meeting  once  a  month.  §  2  Country  councils  decide  their  own  time  for  meetings.    Financial.  §  1  Each  country  decides  their  own  member  fee.  §  2  Each  country  pays  to  world  council  a  royalty  of  20%  for  each  member  once  a  year.  (  this  money  goes  to  development  of  order)  §  3  All  money  that  is  raised  in  a  charity  event  shall  be  given  directly  to  the  charity  or  person  its  raised  for.  A  report  of  all  fundraising  events  shall  be  sent  to  the  Council  so  it  can  be  put  out  on  FB  and  Website.    

 

 Vest  §  1,  The  vest  is  our  uniform,  the  country  decides  their  own  uniform,  everyone  in  one  country  must  use  the  same  vest.  §  2,  Its  not  allowed  to  have  bike  meeting  pins  on  the  vest,  only  the  order's  patches  and  pins  and  the  uniform  shall  always  be  representative.  §  3,  Only  T.A.C.A  Patches  are  allowed.      Patches  All  T.A.C.A  Templars  patches  are  in  Black  and  White.  §  1First  Commanders  have  on  Left  side  a  5  stripe  rack  patch  and  text  with  first  commander.  On  the  right  side  on  top  Original  9  ,  Nickname,    all  members  use  99%  patch  on  front  pocket.  §  2  Other  officers  have  the  same  placement,  Knights  have  nickname  and  Knights  patch  on  right  side.  §  3,  Promotion:  A  knight  can  always  be  promoted  to  a  higher  rank  by  their  own  council,    the  world  council  shall  just  have  to  be  informed.  §  4  No  country  is  allowed,  except  for  continents,  to  produce  their  own  patches,  this  is  after  a  sample  has  been  sent  to  T.A.C.A  council    for  acceptance.        Become a lodge, §  1,  A  country  can  be  an  independent  lodge  when  you  have  a  full  council.  Until  the  council  is  fully  knighted  you  pay  membership  fees  to  the  World  council.  When  you  have  a  council  you  pay  to  your  own  lodge  and  your  council  decides  the  fee.  §  2,  T.A.C.A    council  is  the  only  one  that  can  accept  a  new  country  and  open  a  new  lodge.  Each  lodge  is  independent  and  have  only  T.A.C.A  council  as  mentors  and  Lawgivers.  §  3  All  lodges  must  at  all  times  follow  the  rules,  which  are  the  same  for  all,  go  against  the  rules,  and  the  conscequences  can  be  that  T.A.C.A  council  can  close  it  down.    T.A.C.A Council members  §  1,  Commanders  and  captains  all  over  the  world  and  all  members  have  rank  and  Nickname  patches  in  Black/WHite  T.A.C.A    council  is  mentor  for  all  lodges  and  shall  always  be  helpful,  understanding  and  help  with  charity.  §  2,  Country  Lodges  accept  Commanders  and  Captains  have  all  Rank  patches/  nickname  patches  in  Back/white                

 

Country Council is:  1  Commander  1,  Captain  1,  Treasury  Master  1  Security  Officer  1  Road  Officer  §  3  Votes:  Each  of  them  have  one  vote,  all  Templars  have  one  vote  and  all  can  attend  the  council  meeting.  In  all  voting  the  majority  must  be  a  minimum  of  one  vote  for  yes  or  no.  To  be  accepted.  Veto  is  not  allowed.  §  4  Highest  Rank  Is  The  First  Commander  in  the  order.  They  sit  for  a  minimum  of  8  years  and  work  mostly  with  sponsors,  schools  ,  goverment,  rules,  act  as  mentor,  educate  new  knights,  and  always  vote  last  for  the  best  interest  of  the  order,  and  also  decide  the  agenda  for  T.A.C.A  council  meetings.    Facebook website, Forum  §  1  All  lodges  are  allowed  to  have  their  own  FB  site,  its  not  to  be  used  for  communication.  §  2,  A  lodge  can  have  their  own  website  but  it  shall  be  linked  to  the  main  site.  §  3,  Only  Full  members  have  full  acces  to  the  forum.  Provisionals  only  have    access  to  the  general  info  until  they  are  Knighted.  §  4  All  lodges  can  produce  their  own  items,  which  shall  be  located  on  the  website  shop  so  all  can  buy  them.  The  producing  lodge  has  the  right  to  put  an  extra  10%  on  price  to  members,  They  also  decide  themselves  the  price  for  supporters  and  if  the  profit  goes  to  charity.  This  shall  be  clearly  stated  on  the  shop.    Youth Department  In  5  years  time  all  lodges  shall  have  a  youth  deparment,  to  help  kids  not  to  get  into  the  criminal  world.  To  teach  them  through  charity  you  can  mean  more,  get  love  and  respectand  get  self  confidence  and  responsibilty.  We  are  an  MC  order  in  the  world  and  the  only  one  accepted  by  goverments  and  the  vatican.  We  have  a  responsibilty  to  be  solid,  honest,  role  models,  helping,  cheerful,  and  funny.  We  ride  to  have  fun  and  enjoy  our  life  as  templars,  to  be  proud  about  what  we  do  and  stand  for.  To  spread  the  word  about  the  order  and  only  recruit  those  that  we  feel  are  suitable.  To  investigate  all  new  prospects  to  protect  the  order,  but  also  to  help  all  new  Knights.  We  always  put  our  family  first  and  all  family  members  are  always  welcome  in  all  of  the  order's  club  houses.  To  help  our  brothers  and  sisters  and  their  families  when  in  bad  times  and  never  let  a  brother  or  his  family  down.  We  must  act  to  help  all  those  in  need  and  talk  to  media  ,sponsors,  kids,  schools,  to  show  the  bike  world  we  are  different,  not  better,  but  we  choose  another  path  in  our  riding.  To  help  all  clubs  that  want  to  do  charisty.            

 

 Excluded § 1, If  a  Knight  commit  abuse  or  violence  to  a  child  or  woman/man.  §  2,  If  they  dont  follow  rules.  §  3,  If  they  use    drugs.  (Heroin,  amphetamine  Hash,  Marijuana  ,  ecstacy  Etc)  §  4,  If  they  commit  violence  against  a  brother  or  sister.  §  5,  If  they  steal  from  the  order.  §  6,  If  at  any  time  they  dishonor  the  order  or  the  patch.          I  have    hereby  read  and  fully  understand  these  rules  and  accept  them  100%.  I  guarantee  I  will  keep  myself  worthy  and  do  all  I  can  to  help  the  orders  development  and  all  kids  that  are  abused.  When  I  sign  these  rules  it  is  for  life  and  I  will  always  stand  tall  against  abuse  and  for  the  order.    Date    ______________________________________________________  Name/Letters    _______________________________________________________    Name  Signature    _______________________________________________________
