Rules for Today: Everyone participates�For today, there’s no such thing as an observer. If you’re here, you get to participate, no matter what your role is in this company. No phones, tablets, laptops�We have a short time with you. We have to focus! Goal is to generate a lot of ideas quickly �There are deadlines and timers for each activity. Pretend you’re in an elevator�Talk quickly and stay on topic. We’ll use these tools: •  Parking Lot – If a conversation is veering off today’s

course, we may table it for the time being. •  ELMO We are not in the idea or ego squashing business�We succeed through a breadth of perspectives and concepts. Leave your rank at the door – all ideas are equal.

Why are we here? We’re all here today to generate a vision for your company�You’re in this room because you are a valuable part of this organization. We ask that you give your full participation, in order to share your thoughts about your organization and where it’s headed in the future. The end result of today’s session�Some of the activities you’ll play today may seem different than what you’ve done in the past. Please trust in the process. By the end of this 4-hour period, you’ll have a vision statement – a pillar to base your future business decisions against to make sure that everything you do as a company is driving you toward a pinpointed goal.
