TO: Tenants – 1700 East Putnam Avenue FROM: Management Office DATE: November 4, 2008 RE: The Cafeteria As you know The Cafeteria is operated for the convenience of our tenants. As there are few food facilities in the immediate area, we have made every effort to make the cafeteria as enjoyable as possible. Our facility is unique in that we must meet the needs of diverse companies and personnel. In that regard, we have stressed to our food service company that they are here to accommodate our tenants. Further, in the interest of your employees, we have asked the cafeteria managers to provide as wide a selection of food as possible, keeping in mind price and quality. For that to be feasible requires the full patronage of our tenants and their staff not only in the cafeteria, but for your catering requirements as well. Since the cafeteria is non-profit, the greater the tenant participation and support the more we are able to maintain pricing, food quality and selection. The cafeteria will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with various items served at the times shown below:* Breakfast Grill: 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Continental Items: 7:30 a.m. – While still available Lunch Hot Entrée and Grill: 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Deli and Salad Bar: 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Afternoon Snacks Yogurt, Cookies, Coffee Etc. 3:00 p.m. * Subject to change upon levels of participation.

TO: Tenants – 1700 East Putnam Avenue FROM: Management Office DATE: RE: Heating, Ventilation Air Conditioning System The heating, ventilating and air conditioning requirements at 1700 East Putnam Avenue are handled by two major systems, the interior and exterior perimeter heat pumps which are supported by 2 gas fired boilers, a cooling tower and controlled by a building automation system. SYSTEM INTRODUCTION These systems handle the ventilating and air conditioning requirements by supplying tempered air to the floors via duct work and ceiling diffusers, or in the case of the perimeter units, direct discharge. Fresh air is supplied by a series of roof top make-up air units supplying 100% fresh air to the interior mechanical rooms. Automatic temperature control is provided by averaging wall sensors strategically placed throughout the space which control the discharge temperature of the interior units. Air is distributed via a constant volume design. The exterior perimeter units are controlled individually at each unit. The BMS System constantly monitors the interior space temperatures of the building. All set points are controlled by the engineering staff. Temperature control is reached over a period of time, not seconds. Although rare, adjustments will be required from time to time, and we ask that the management office be contacted so our personnel can re-calibrate or correct any malfunctions promptly.

TO: Tenants – 1700 East Putnam Avenue FROM: Management Office SUBJECT: Recycling DATE: Every day we throw valuable recycling paper into our trash baskets, adding to the critical waste disposal situation in our area. Here is your opportunity to reduce waste, conserve energy and protect trees – right here at your desk. In the same time it takes to throw waste paper away, you will be saving it – and contributing to a better environment for you, your family and co – workers. We have designed a simple program to keep your valuable white office waste paper separate from the office waste normally put in the trash receptacles. You collect this paper at your desk and, at your convenience, simply deposit the paper directly into specially marked collection containers located at select copier and printer areas. Your support is critical, and the program’s success depends on the cooperation and participation of every individual. By recycling your office paper, you will be joining thousands of people across the nation in an effort to protect our environment.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1) Designate a spot on your desk or near your work area to place your desktop folder, in which to save all your waste computer printouts and white office paper.

2) Discard as trash all colored paper, newspaper, glossy and coated paper such as magazines and brochures in your waste basket as usual.

3) At your convenience, simply place the paper you have saved into the recycling collection container marked “Recycle,” located in your area – usually near the copier machine. Recycling containers are to be white. We will supply blue bags.

4) The paper will be picked up from these areas regularly and sent to paper recycling mills.

DATE: June 9, 2014 RE: Online Tenant Web Portal

We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the development of our tenant web portal on the building’s web site. The portal will allow tenants to interact with the management office via the website for routine service requests and to access general forms that are used at 1700.

Access to the tenant area of the web site is from the home page at www.1700eastputnam.com, on the top right hand corner (see attached screen shot #1).

You will then be directed to the sign in page (see screen shot #2), where you will enter a login password. Your password will be sent via a separate e-mail.

After entering your password hit the submit tab to the right of the password and you will be redirected to the tenant forms page (see screen shot #3). The top portion of the page is for filling out various routine forms and submitting to the management office via the web site. If you prefer to download a form to save on your hard drive for future use you can click on the bottom of the page and a list of fillable forms will be displayed, see screen shot #4. Select any form from the menu to download.

We hope this new web tool will make it easier for you to communicate with us for routine matters. Please contact the management office if you require additional login passwords for authorized users or if you have any questions using the tenant portal.
