TENDER COORDINATOR

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

• Coordinates tendering process from its commencement to award• Management of Employer’s various Consultants during tender process• Preparation and/or verification of Tender evaluation reports• Gathering and preparing of responses to tenderer’s queries• Compilation and verification of contract documents to accurately reflect tender process• • Contributes in cost and price analysis and comparisons• Keeps record of ongoing and closed tender award processes and prepares resulting reports• Keeps received bonds register• Assures compliance with company Tender Policies and project delivery manuals

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering processes for large sized projects of medium to high complexity medium to high complexity• A good understanding of building contracts terms and conditions, and their legal and operational mechanisms• Excellent document managements skills• Knowledge of FIDIC standards• Strong working knowledge of the Microso Suite of products• Excellent knowledge of English language• Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills• Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills
