Sealed Tender offers are invited from IBR boiler mannufacturers or their authorised channal partners for design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of new steam line having Forbes Marshal or Thermax make steam & condensate accessories for providing steam to steam Radiator installed for our milk drying plant. Tender details alongwith scope of work, technical specifications, BOQ of it is accessories / material & Terms -conditions of the Tender are available on our website www.gokulmilk.coop and also at our Gokul Shirgaon office. Sealed Tender offer duly marked as ' TENDER FOR STEAM LINE' is to be submitted at our Gokul Shirgaon office on or before 5/6/2017. Right to accept or reject any or reject any or all Tenders is reserved.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TENDER( Tender for Steam line)

1) Tender offer invited only from original boiler mannufacturers having IBR License namely Forbes Marshal Pvt. Ltd., Thermax Ltd. or their authorised channeal partners / service providers.

2) Accessories required for the steam line should be Forbes Marshall or Thermax make only.

3) The job should be treated as ' TURN KEY'. Interested Tenderer should visit the site to know the exact scope of work before submitting their Tender offer.

4) Tender offer must be given in the prescribed format on their letterhead only. Technical offer & commercial offer should be sent in separate cover duly marked as ' TECHNICAL OFFER' and 'COMMERCIAL OFFER' respectively. Sealed envelops of Technical offer & Commercial offer are to be put in a sealed cover duly marked as "TENDER FOR STEAM LINE".

5) Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand) by Demand draft issued in the name of Kolhapur Zilla Sahakari Dudh Utpadak Sangh Ltd. must be sent alongwith the Tender offer. Tender offer without EMD will not be considered.

6) No escallation in the price will be given once the order is finalised.

7) Successful Tenderer will have to keep Security Deposit with us . Security Deposit will be 3% of the total contrat value. EMD of succesful Tenderer will be transfered to Security Deposit & balance amount of Security Deposit will be recovered while making payment of supply bills. Security Deposit will be refunded after successful execution of work.

8) Payment Terms-

a) 30% advance of total contract value alongwith the purchase order after getting order acceptance and on submission of Bank Guarantee of equivalent amount.

b) Next 40% payment of supply items on safe receipt of equipment / material at site on submission of progressive Invoices.

c) Next 20% payment of supply items will be released after satisfactory installation & commissionig of Evaporative Condenser.

d) 60% payment of installation will be released after satisfactory completion of work of Evaporative Condenser installation & commissioning.

e) Final 10% of total contract value will be released after one month satisfactory working of Steam Line.

9) Sealed Tender offer should reach our office at B-1,MIDC, Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur on or before 5/6/2017

10)We reserve the right to accept or reject any bid and rejection of all bids at any time prior to award the contract.
