TENG Southern California 2017 Call for Speakers The Technology Executives Networking Group of Southern California (TENG SoCal) is the local Chapter of a national community of 8000+ selected Chief Information Officers (CIO), Chief Technology Officers (CTO), Vice Presidents (VP) and Directors of Technology. We cohost events and provide speakers for our local chapter, Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG) of Southern California, Executives Next Practices (ENP), Venture Capitalists, Private Equity and many other events throughout Southern California. Our program committee is inviting IT leaders across Southern California to submit their capabilities and become one of SoCal TENG’s next thought leaders. We are looking for speakers who will equip our audience with expert guidance and actionable takeaways that will resonate long after the event has ended. If you believe you have material that will challenge and inspire Southern California’s Technology Executive community, we encourage you to submit your background today! How it works Submit an abstract to be reviewed by our Program Committee, comprised of community members from a wide variety of organizations. As you craft your abstract, please consider the following elements: 1. Relevance - The topic presented is closely connected to current and future IT leadership challenges. 2. Useful - The content of the presentation contains useful information that can be put into practice by IT leaders. 3. Engaging - The speaker engages the audience through the use of an essential question or guiding story/case study that keeps the audience interested for a 45 minute session (or half/full- day workshop)! The speakers vocal style and stage presence is confident, comfortable, natural - sometimes humorous - and thought provoking.

Call for Speakers

The Technology Executives Networking Group of Southern California (TENG SoCal) is the local

Chapter of a national community of 8000+ selected Chief Information Officers (CIO), Chief

How it works

What happens next?

Our Program Committee will assess the relevance of your submission based on current requests for

speakers at upcoming events. We will respond to you as soon as possible to inform you whether or

not your presentation has been accepted onto the 2017 agenda.

What do you need to submit?

Presentation title (10 words or less)

Brief presentation description (150 words or less)

Brief speaker bio (100 words or less)

Submission type: Session (45 min) Workshop (half or full-day)

Even if you’ve never presented before but feel as though you have a strong message and valuable

content for our executives groups, then please let us know.
